Computer Selection Software for HVACR Coils
For optimum coil selections, Elite Precision Componnets Sdn. Bhd. provides AHRI certified coil selection capability. Elite coil selection program will select the most economical hot and chilled water coil with glycol or without glycol, direct expansion and steam coil to meet the job requirements for your special application needs, our selection software can select wide range of coils involving very high or low temperatures, oversized coils, condenser coils and glycol recovery coils. Customized Coil Design
We have a strong team with high capability on coil design. With Elite’s flexibility in manufacturing and our own developed OEM design and DFM standard, we are able to offer our customers more options on coil design.
Heresite Coating
Elite precision Components offer 2 types of Heresite Coat. For heat exchanger coil under corrosive environment, Elite Precision Components Sdn Bhd offers the option for the heat exchangers to be Heresite coated under code VR514, whereby the coating will protect the heat exchangers from these corrosive environments such as salt air, acid rain, chlorinated swimming pool, marine enviroment and many more. For heat exchanger coil under UV protection, Elite Precision Components Sdn Bhd offers the option for the heat exchangers to be Heresite coated under code UC5500, whereby the coating will extend the life of the heat exchanger coil & offer better efficiency in rejecting the heat. Epoxy Coating
For general protection, Elite also offers Epoxy coating option to customers. This epoxy coating is oven baked to ensure full adhesiveness for long protection period to the heat exchangers. For further information, kindly seek our sales team’s attention.
